Adjacent to the School of Art and Architecture on historic Chapel Street, the Eldorado apartments are dedicated to graduate student housing. Designed in 1922 by Brown & Van Beren, this apartment building features Californian style architecture, with a prominent, projecting cornice on the front facade. Rental rates include heat and hot water, and tenants are responsible for their own electric charges. There is an elevator servicing all six floors and a laundry room for residents in the basement. This building is also convenient to the Medical School and the Drama School.
