Application: Step 1

Yale University rents apartments exclusively for educational purposes. New rentals are available to faculty, students, and staff of Yale University only, with preference given to students. Only individuals with full-time Yale University affiliation are eligible to sign new leases for University Properties' units. All apartments lease for 12 month periods, are non-smoking, and are unfurnished. Pets are not allowed except at 151-187 Mansfield Street, which requires a separate agreement and additional fee.

We are now accepting rental applications for academic year 2024-2025.
