We are now accepting rental applications for our 2025-2026 leasing season!

Yale University rents apartments exclusively for educational purposes. New rentals are available to students, post-docs, faculty, and staff of Yale University only, with preference given to students.

Only individuals with full-time Yale University affiliation are eligible to sign new leases for University Properties' units. All apartments lease for 12 month periods, are non-smoking, and are unfurnished. Pets are not allowed except at 151-187 Mansfield Street and 1-59 Lake Place, which requires a separate agreement and additional fee.
